3. Use laptop and desktop screen guard to protect your eyes.

4. Use a comfortable chair.

5. Take a short brake after every hour to avoid computer vision syndrome.

6. Do some eye exercise in between your works.

7. If it is possible go for a short walk.

8. Drink lots of water.

9. Play outdoor and indoor game in evening with your friends.

10. Try to sleep for at least 7-8 hours.

11. Visit physician once in a month

12. Read health and fitness tips daily.
